XL6000 Sewing and Embroidery Features Include:

• Continuous Hoop - Embroider border designs without the need to remove the hoop from your machine to re-hoop fabric. Simply raise the latch and slide the fabric to the next setting. The machine puts a reference point on the fabric so it will easily line up and realign the needle. Free Continuous Hoop design card included!
  
  
• Multi-Hooping - The ability to do large area designs up to 10" x 18" (250mm x 450mm). Create your layout on-screen to ensure precisely matched designs.
  
  
• Direct Computer Interface - Connect your computer directly to your machine, eliminating the need for a card converter and reader-writer box. The included Conversion Tool software and data cable allows you to transfer your digitized embroidery designs from your computer directly to the XL-6000, incorporating a number of powerful editing features.
  
  
• Built-in Designs - Over 100 built-in embroidery floral designs, borders, frames and monogram motifs.
  
  
• Singer Quilting Stitches - A stitch that creates the look of hand quilting, and can be customized to various stitch lengths.
  
  
• Up to 800 stitches per minute - You control the speed. Select higher speeds for regular sewing and lower speeds for intricate embroideries.
  
  
• Rotation - Easily rotate designs and letters in 1 degree increments.
  
  
• Embroidery Fonts - Built-in fonts range from 10mm to 50mm, including shadowed letters and a 4" monogram font. The machine can embroider fonts from 7mm to 60mm.

• Single Patterns can be sewn in up to 128 colors in a single hoop.
  
  
• Full Color 3D LCD Display - Full-color design preview, on-screen help guides, pictogram and icon-based menus.
  
  
• Auto Thread Exchanger - Enables the machine to switch between two color thread spools during embroidery. After one color has been sewn, the machine stops, re-threads itself with the new color and resumes embroidery.
  
  
• Computer-Controlled Thread Tension - Automatic thread metering system delivers the precise amount of thread for the optimal appearance of each stitch.
  
  
• Sewing Odometer - The machine counts the stitches sewn - helpful for knowing when to have the machine serviced!
  
  
• Wind-in-Place Bobbin System - Winds thread from the top spool directly to the bobbin during the regular sewing mode.
  
  
• Endless Bobbin - If the bobbin runs out during embroidery, the machine stops, rewinds the bobbin until it's full and resumes stitching exactly where it left off.
