• A Return Authorization Number is needed for credit.
• The item must be repackaged in the original packing.
• Shipping is non-refundable. Free Shipping will have standard UPS ground shipping fees deducted from refund.
• Regular sewing machines are returnable within 7 days (Restocking Fee 10%)
